Greetings!

I’m, Zoya, and I’m, thrilled to share a glimpse into my journey as a nutrition researcher, lecturer, and advanced sports dietitian with a PhD in sports nutrition.

My Background

With a deep-rooted passion for nutrition and a quest for knowledge, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the science of fueling out bodies. My academic journey led me to earn a PhD in Sports Nutrition, equipping me with the expertise to help individuals optimise their nutrition for peak performance and well-being.

My Passion for Strength Sports

I’m not just a nutrition expert; I’m also a competitive strength athlete. I’ve competed in various competitions, including the Arnold’s Classic, and proudly cliched the title of Victoria’s Strongest Woman in 2019. My love for strength sports has not only fuelled my own achievements but also deepened my understanding of the unique nutritional needs of athletes.

New Beginnings

Recently, I embarked on one of life’s most remarkable journeys- motherhood. This beautiful experience has transformed the way I perceive health and well-being. It's inspired me to prioritise my health, not just for my sake but also as a role model for my precious daughter. As she grows, I aim to instill in her the values of a healthy lifestyle and the importance of nutrition.
